Driving Directions:

From North Jacksonville (via I-95):
Take I-95 south past the Avenues Mall and I-295. Approximately 2 miles past I-295, exit I-95 at St. Augustine Road (EXIT 335). Turn right (east) at St. Augustine road, and continue ahead until you see the Baptist South sign on the right. Turn into the Baptist South campus and park in any of the available spaces in front of the hospital. The office is located on the fourth floor of the Medical Office Building (to the right of the main hospital).

From St. Augustine (via I-95):
Take I-95 north past World Golf Village. Approximately 3 miles past county road 210, exit on St. Augustine Road (EXIT 335) and turn right (east). Just ahead, you will see the Baptist South sign on the right. Turn into the Baptist South campus and park in any of the available spaces in front of the hospital. The office is located on the fourth floor of the Medical Office Building (to the right of the main hospital).

From Baymeadows/ 9-A / Beaches:
Take St. John’s Bluff Road (9-A) south from Butler Boulevard. Go approximately 7 miles until 9-A reaches I-95. Exit from 9-A to 95 South (towards Daytona Beach). Head south on I-95 for approximately 1-2 miles. Take the next exit off I-95 at St. Augustine Road (EXIT 335). Turn right (east) at St. Augustine road, and continue ahead until you see the Baptist South sign on the right. Turn into the Baptist South campus and park in any of the available spaces in front of the hospital. The office is located on the fourth floor of the Medical Office Building (to the right of the main hospital).

From Orange Park (via I-295):
Take I-295 east over the Buckman Bridge to I-95. Merge south towards Daytona Beach. Go approximately 2 miles south on I-95 and then exit on St. Augustine Road (EXIT 335). Turn right (east) at St. Augustine road, and continue ahead until you see the Baptist South sign on the right. Turn into the Baptist South campus and park in any of the available spaces in front of the hospital.
