From north Jacksonville (via I-95):
Take I-95 south past the Avenues Mall and I-295. Approximately 2 miles past I-295, exit east on St.Augustine Road. Just ahead, you will see the Baptist South sign on the right. You will see Starbucks and Applebees on the far corner. Turn into the Baptist South campus and park in any of the available spaces in front of the hospital. The office is located on the fourth floor of the Medical Office Building-1 (the shorter building to the right of the main hospital). The office building is also identified as the Scott-Paryani Bulding.
From St. Augustine (via I-95):
Take I-95 north past World Golf Village. Approximately 3 miles past county road 210, exit east on St. Augustine Road. Just ahead, you will see the Baptist South sign on the right. From Baymeadows/ 9-A/ Beaches:
Take St. John’s Bluff Road (9-A) south from Butler Boulevard. Go approximately 7.6 miles until 9-A reaches I-95 South. Exit to I-95 South (towards St. Augustine). Go approximately 2 miles south on I-95 and then exit east on St. Augustine Road. Just ahead, you will see the Baptist South sign on the right. You will see Starbucks and Applebees on the far corner.
